Dwerty built the OTXform app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Dwerty at no cost and is intended for use as is.
The Application provides collaborative note editing functionality. To identify who is actively making changes in a shared document, users can provide a temporary Name upon connecting. This name, along with the note content, is transmitted to our server for real-time synchronization and remains accessible via a unique Note ID for a short duration. We do not retain note text, names, logs, or history on our servers once the active session closes.
The Application strictly excludes all third-party trackers, analytical tools, advertising networks, or automated crash reporting libraries. Your document content, entered names, and application usage remain completely private.
Internet access is utilized exclusively to establish a connection with the server for note synchronization and collaboration features. While we strive to protect your data during transit, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 or 16. Since note processing and user names are ephemeral and do not involve permanent data logging, no personal identifiers are permanently harvested or stored.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time, while strictly maintaining our core principles of zero permanent data logging and an ad-free user experience.
